OnBase Virtual Print Driver 7.2

OnBase Virtual Print Driver is a Windows utility that lets you print from any application directly into your organization’s OnBase content repository. Instead of producing a paper copy, it renders the output as a PDF or TIFF and then prompts you to choose the document type and enter indexing keywords so the file is correctly classified and searchable. This makes it easy to capture ad hoc content—such as invoices, reports, confirmations, emails, and web pages—without manual scanning or awkward file conversions. The driver preserves layout and fonts, supports common page and print settings, and integrates with OnBase clients for secure storage, retrieval, and workflow routing. By turning any app’s Print command into a direct import path, it streamlines document capture, reduces printing, and helps enforce consistent retention and access controls.
